PrayDefeating homelessness, hunger, addiction, or loneliness and isolation is a battle, and like all such battles, there is a crucial, spiritual component - these battles are first won in our hearts through prayer. So, please, even if you can do nothing else, please pray for our neighbors in the park, the volunteers who serve them and for this ministry.
And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. - James 5:15-16 |

GiveWe serve over 225 plates of hot food each Saturday and Sunday morning. The weekly cost of food, supplies, and personal care items is almost a thousand dollars each week. We also have to constantly maintain and replace our equipment and cover other overhead, such as rent and insurance.
